Additional Notes:

*Due to extenuating circumstances Mrs Monahan's class will be taught by Mr. Troia from November 3 - 30. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact him at TroiaM@seekonk.k2.ma.us *

Newspaper Club - All editors are asked to attend this Thursday's meeting. Begin editing any work that has been e-mailed to hmsnews, and remind students in lower grades to send work as soon as possible.  The graphic design team may begin attending meetings as soon as work is available.

The Power of Language notes - Students have started to work on samples of work, which will be included in their individual autobiographies.  Each student has a folder in room 207.  Throughout the year, completed and typed samples may be placed in this folder.  I have also provided each student with a checklist.  Several of these assignments may be completed at home, such as the family recipe page and family tree/origin collage.  Please refer to this checklist to make sure you are keeping up with your work.  Also, if students have any final work from other classes that they wish to include, they may place these samples in their folders.  All autobiographies will be bound in the spring and on display at the presentation. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.

Have a nice weekend!
