- Open to students who will be 11, 12, or 13 by Nov. 15th.
- Cash prizes for winners
- Posters will be judged on originality, artistic merit, and expression of theme: The Power of Peace
- No Lettering- including the signature
- No Glue
- No Smaller than 13"-20"
- No Larger than 20"-24"
- Due Nov. 10th to Mrs. Farrow
