These are the announcements our students hear at lunch:

- Team Pride- T-shirts will be for sale at lunch next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 6.00 each

- Next week is Spirit Week and the themes are Mismatch Day (Mon), Twin Day (Tues), and Team Pride Day (Wed).
- Town Basketball Team is recruiting players.... the applications are in the cafeteria.

- I am proud to announce that Briana Pangborn (Gr. 8) & Rachel Crafford (Gr. 6) are the winners of the local Lions Club Peace Poster contest. They each won $50 and their posters are now competing with others statewide.

- The HMS Jr. Warrior Basketball Team Try-Outs will be held 11-16 to 11-20.

- Next week during lunch we will have the Teacher Dunking- students purchase tickets inorder to win the opportunity to pour cold water over their teacher's heads. ALL proceeds will be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Society.

- Yearbooks are going on sale from 10-13 to 10-30. Students can purchase their yearbooks in homeroom. The yearbook will be $17.00 for a soft cover, full color yearbook. There will be an additional $5.00 charge to upgrade to a hard cover. Students can also pay an additional $3.00 to have their name foil plated on the cover (recommended). Checks/Money orders should be made out to the Town of Seekonk. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! Any orders taken after October 30th will have an additional $5.00 charge.

- The Lost and Found is located in the cafeteria! Please make sure to check!
